Drying Time:
Depending on weather and sun a full deck staining service will take 24 to 36 hours. We make sure to work around your schedule and worry about the weather so you don’t have to.

Making it Last
The use of high quality oil based finishes and stains applied to a perfectly cleaned and restored surface provide an easy and inexpensive maintenance plan.
When decks are ready to be re stained and coated, a light sanding or power wash is all that is needed to prep the surface for a new coat of stain. Your deck, porch, patio, or stairs will be looking as good as knew every year.
When is it Time to Treat Your Deck?
Moisture and heat from the sun for extended periods of time is very harmful to wood. To allow the beauty of the porch wood to be visible, a penetrating transparent stain or preservative is often selected. This type of finish will color, protect and last one to two years.
Splash some water on your deck and see if it is absorbed into the wood. If it is, it is time to add a new coat of finish. Sanding is most likely required if a deck is unprotected for more than a few years, so don’t delay for your deck’s sake. Once your deck is restored, it is an easier job to lightly sand the deck and reapply the finish every year or two.
Premium Deck Restoration is Fully Insured with a proven track record services. From estimate to completion and continued maintenance service year after year, we are committed to making your outdoor deck, patio, and porch hardscape dreams a reality.
